Do you offer free consultations?

We offer free consultation for new clients limited to 30 minutes. We will try to answer your all your questions as to best of our ability and the infromation provided.

How do your fees work?

We try to provide flat fees for many of our legal services. In some cases, a retainer service works better due to the unknown challenges of the project.

Do you accept online payment?

We accept all major credit cards and also offer e-check for direct debit. You can pay your invoice right inside your client portal. 

What is your hourly rate?

We have a sliding scale hourly fee from $150 to $350 depending on the clients annual revenue.

Do we need to meet in person?

We regulary help our clients over the phone or e-mail. Many of today's transactions can be done online including signing.

Do you provide detailed invoices?

We provide all of our clients a detailed invoice of how we spent our time on each matter. We identify each activity and record our time in 6 minute increments.
