We are licensed to provide legal services in Florida and Illinois.
Does FL Patel Law offer consultations?

We offer 15-minute consultations from $75 to $115, 30-minute consultations from $150 to $225, or one-hour consultations from $300 to $450, depending on the matter. You can choose to meet over the phone, in-office, or on Skype. If you decide to hire our firm for your legal needs, your consultation fee may be applied towards our services. How does FL Patel Law lower costs for its clients?

We have streamlined our internal processes making legal services more accessible than ever to business owners and entrepreneurs. We invest in automation and technology to significantly cut down on processes that a standard law firm that does not understand technology would bill you for.
Do you offer confidentiality?

Everything we do is protected by attorney-client confidentiality. We take your privacy very seriously and you can trust us to protect your information. Our client portal and documents feature bank-grade encryption.
Do you provide services to international clients? How about clients in states other than Florida?

We provide business legal services for international clients. We regularly help our clients over the phone or by e-mail. Many of today’s transactions, like signing documents, can be done online.

How do your fees work?

We try to provide flat fees for many of our legal services. In some cases, a retainer service works better due to the unknown challenges of the project.
How does your retainer work?

For our services that require a retainer fee, your money will be placed in the firm’s trust account.
Do you offer refundable retainers?

We offer refundable retainers for several of our services.
Does FL Patel Law charge for overhead?

We have significantly invested in internal processes, procedures, and the latest technology to reduce our overhead costs. This gives us the ability to charge competitive prices that work for businesses of all sizes.
Does FL Patel Law charge for e-mails?

Unlike many traditional law firms, we do not nickel and dime our clients. In most cases, we do not charge our clients for email or phone call correspondences. We always let our clients know up-front before they are charged for correspondence should it be necessary.
What is your billing policy?

We require payment up-front for all of our services.
What are your hourly rates?

Our attorney’s hourly rate ranges from $300 to $450 depending on the matter. The hourly rate for our paralegals is $175, and $135 for other staff. Because we are a corporate law firm, we are able to offer flat-fees on many of our services.
Do you offer payment plans?

We offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis. Just ask a member of our team!
Do you accept online payments?

We offer online payments through eCheck, Credit Card, and PayPal. We accept all major credit cards, including American Express.
Do you provide detailed invoices?

We provide all of our clients a detailed invoice of how we spent our time on each matter. We identify each activity and record our time in 6-minute increments.

Why do you offer flat fee services?

We offer flat-fee services as an economical way for our clients to receive quality legal services. No matter how much time our attorney spends on your project, you will not pay more than the flat-fee price.
What if I need help with something else?

Our flat-fee services are designed to cover all bases. However, should you need further assistance beyond the flat-fee service, our attorney will discuss your options with you during your final consultation.
Do you charge for follow-ups?

Our flat-fee services include phone consultations limited to 15 minutes. Once we have completed your flat-fee project and you have had your final consultation, you will need to schedule a paid consultation to discuss further services.

We do not match prices.
