Proven Experience

Whether online or in real life, it’s an unfortunate fact that you can’t always trust the advice of others when it comes to business and corporate law. A lot of it comes from unqualified sources, too – especially when it’s free. To make matters worse, you might not even know that you were misled until you end up in court.

The advice of our corporate attorney, on the other hand, has been tested and litigated at trial and proven in court. We can assist and advise with matters relating to corporate breach of fiduciary duties, breach of partnership agreement, forced dissolution, buy outs, contract litigation, and much more. With over 1,700 matters handled for our clients, we have the experience and know-how to back up everything we have to say when acting as corporate counsel.

Beyond FL Patel Law

Kalpesh immigrated from India to America with his parents in 1996. Growing up, he was inspired by the work that they put into running their own business so that they could build the best possible life for Kalpesh and his sister. This gave him first-hand evidence of how entrepreneurship can empower people to change their lives, and the lives of their loved ones, for the better.

To this day, Kalpesh credits the example set by his parents as the main reason that he became an entrepreneur himself. By managing a firm focused on businesses and corporate law, he is able to give himself more agency in life while also helping his clients work to improve their own lives through business ownership.

When not working tirelessly on behalf of his clients, Kalpesh enjoys traveling the world so that he can immerse himself in other cultures and expand his own personal perspective. His family has grown along with his law firm, too. Since its founding in 2016, his fiancé has become his wife, and the pair now have two sons and a dog together.
