Attorney Kalpesh J. Patel established FL Patel Law PLLC in 2016 with the vision of helping our clients build successful businesses. Since then, we’ve grown with unstoppable momentum, and now provide a comprehensive suite of legal services to business owners and entrepreneurs in St. Petersburg, Tampa, Orlando, Miami, and beyond. Do you offer free consultations?
We do not offer free consultations.
Do you accept online payment?
We accept all major credit cards and also offer e-checking for direct debit. You can pay your invoice right inside your client portal.
Do we need to meet in person?
We regularly help our clients over the phone and by e-mail. Many of today's transactions can be done online, including signing.
How do your fees work?
We try to provide flat fees for many of our legal services. In some cases, a retainer service works better due to the unexpected challenges of the project.
What is your hourly rate?
Our hourly rates for staff, paralegals, and attorneys range from $150.00 to $675.00.
Do you provide detailed invoices?
We provide all of our clients with a detailed invoice of how we spent our time on each matter. We identify each activity and record our time in 6-minute increments.
