  1. Go to FinCEN’s BOI filing system here: Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting | FinCEN.gov
  2. Click on “Create a FinCEN ID
  3. Click on “Sign in or create an account with login.gov
  4. Fill out FinCEN Identification Application
  5. Name
  6. Date of Birth
  7. Residential Address
  8. Photo ID
  9. Submit
  10. Download and save the confirmation of your FinCEN ID Number
