Evan Sheers grew up in Canada, speaks fluent French, and now acts as a Florida trademark attorney of counsel with St. Petersburg’s own FL Patel Law PLLC. His rich history with intellectual property law makes him an irreplaceable team member and includes everything from the trademark application process to prosecution and litigation. Evan Sheres always makes it a point to be there for clients or teammates who have any questions about intellectual property law. The quality of Evan’s education is similarly unimpeachable. He boasts a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University where he graduated in the top 6% of his class, an LL.
